Merry Harrison

  • Profile

Merry Harrison is an attorney with over six years of experience litigating complex civil cases. She excels at distilling technical legal and factual issues into persuasive, easy to understand pieces of advocacy. Ms. Harrison’s experience ranges from cases involving trade secrets and medical technology to winning class and collective action certifications in federal court and representing an energy industry client as part of the trial team in a billion-dollar oil pipeline dispute.

Ms. Harrison’s practice in high-stakes litigation has focused on creating strategic legal writing and advocacy during all stages of disputes, from claim investigation and e-discovery to pre-trial motions and jury selection. She has experience resolving cases at mediation and securing prompt approval of settlement agreements in federal court, as well as preventing potentially damaging evidence from being admitted at trial and crafting jury charges covering difficult factual issues. She has also conducted and presented numerous depositions and advised clients on data collection and discovery strategy using the legal industry’s most cutting-edge technology. Her experience handling complex cases for both Plaintiffs and Defendants has developed her skills at creatively drafting and defending lawsuits, as well as anticipating the strategy of opposing lawyers. As a result, Ms. Harrison has a unique ability to connect seemingly small and technical details to big picture litigation goals.
